FULL PULL PRODUCTIONS/USA-EAST PROSTOCK DIESEL 4X4 CLASS

DIESEL CLASSES & PURSE:

8000 lb. Cheater Stock 2.6 Diesel - $450 = 200*100*75*50*25

8000 lb. Pro Stock Diesel - $825 = 400*200*100*75*50

GAS CLASSES & PURSE:

6500 lb. Street Gas - $475 = 200*150*100*75*50

6500 lb. Pro Street Gas - $750 = 250*200*150*100*50

TEST & TUNE: After last class and time permitting until 11:00pm - $10 per hook

1. The contest is to be governed by judges and all decisions will be final.The judges have the right to stop any pull if it is being operated in an unsafe manner. Failure to obey officials will be automatic disqualification.

2. A 5-minute drivers meeting will take place 10 minutes before the pull starts.

3. A truck may be entered multiple times per class with different drivers; but only one driver will be awarded.

4. All trucks must weigh-in before each pull or be disqualified. The top 5 will also be weighed out.

5. Weights must be secure, not in cab or engine compartment. Lost weight under green flag conditions is immediate disqualification.

6. No horseplay in the pit area or on the track.

7. Drawbars are to be measured prior to pull. After drawbar has been measured, the drawbar can not be altered. Drawbars are subject to re-measuring after the pull at the discretion of the track official.

8. Each pull must start with a tight chain. No jerking or hot rodding allowed.

9. Trucks will have 75 ft. to start. Sled must not move beyond 75 ft. marker for a contestant to be awarded a second chance at the pull. Judges will determine if a driver made a valid attempt to stop.

10. If a truck breaks down before 75ft. and the contestant is able to successfully repair their vehicle before the class has ended, they may return in last position.

11. Pulling vehicles must stay within the marked boundaries of the track. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

12. Any safety items, such as fire extinguishers, safety blankets, fire jacket and helmet are accepted and highly recommended.

13. All minors must have written consent of parents of guardian to enter the contest.All contestants must have a valid drivers license.

14. We will hand out pulling order numbers when you sign up for each class.Please display your number on the drivers’ side window or on the dash.Please pay attention to the pulling order so we do not have to delay the event to search for you.

15. When staging for your class, if you are not to your vehicle after the second call you will be disqualified and not permitted to pull.

16. Clevis must be furnished, with a minimum 4-inch hole for hooking to sled and must be in normal bumper position. Hitch must be frame mounted only. No trick hitches or floating hitches. Hitch must be rigid or solid in all directions.

17. A $20 entry fee will be required for (1) truck with one (1) driver per class.Each additional class entered requires an additional $20 fee.

18. All drivers, pit crew and spectators will pay Regular Fair Admission price.

19. There will be NO Smoking in the Grandstand, Arena, or Staging Area.

20. No Alcoholic beverages permitted on Erie County Fairgrounds Property. Any driver caught drinking before or during the pull will be disqualified.

21. Erie County Fairgrounds will not be held responsible for accidents or damage to tractors, trucks, drivers or spectators. All drivers will pull at their own risk.

22. All vehicles must be licensed and have proof of insurance.

23. No passengers at anytime in pulling vehicle in the grandstand area or on the pulling track.

24. Performance Truck & Tractor Pulling Series Rules will be followed for all Gas and Diesel classes, except the FULL PULL PRODUCTIONS/USA-EAST PRO STOCK DIESEL 4X4 CLASS which will follow the FULL PULL PRODUCTIONS/USA-EAST PRO STOCK DIESEL 4X4 CLASS rules

25. All vehicles will be teched by Enterprise Engine Performance officials.

26. Any questions will be answered by Pull Committee.

27. All Rules subject to change by Pull Committee.


8000LB. "CHEATER STOCK 2.6" 4X4 CLASS

1. TRUCKS CAN BE TRAILERED IN, BUT MUST MEET THE REST OF OUR RULES FOR THE STREET LEGAL CLASS.

2. TRUCKS COMPETING IN THIS CLASS MUST BE STOCK IN APPEARANCE.

3. ENGINE, AND DRIVE TRAIN MUST COME FACTORY IN A 1 TON OR LESS PICKUP.

4. THIS CLASS IS LIMITED TO A SINGLE CHARGER. THE INDUCER BORE CAN'T EXCEED 2.60". THIS WILL BE TECHED USING A 2.65" PLUG, IF THE PLUG GOES IN YOU WILL BE DISQUALIFIED. THIS ALSO INCLUDES WELDING AND REMACHINING INDUCER BORE TO MAKE A LARGER TURBO PASS. THE STOCK MAP WIDTH ENHANCEMENT (MWE) GROOVE IS ALLOWED. NO MWE GROOVE WIDER THAN A 1/4" WILL BE PERMITTED. NOTE LARGER CHARGERS AND TWINS ARE PERMITTED AS LONG AS THEY ARE O.E.M. FOR THAT YEAR OF TRUCK.

5. DIESEL FUEL AND BIO DIESEL ARE THE ONLY FUELS PERMITTED IN THIS CLASS.

6. REAR OEM STYLE SUSPENSION REQUIRED. SOLID SUSPENSION BLOCKS AND TRACTION BARS ARE PERMITTED.

7. MUST PULL OFF OF A REESE TYPE HITCH, MOUNTED SOLID TO THE FRAME W/NO MOVEMENT. HOOKING POINT MUST BE THE FURTHEST POINT BACK OF THE TRUCK AND A MAXIMUM OF 26" HIGH ON 4 WHEEL DRIVE TRUCKS AND 30" HIGH ON 2 WHEEL DRIVE TRUCKS.

8. FRONT WEIGHTS AND BRACKETS CAN'T EXCEED 60" FROM CENTER OF FRONT AXLE.

9. ANY D.O.T. APPROVED TIRE IS PERMITTED. NO CUTTING OR SHARPENING OF TIRES PERMITTED.

10. NO NITROUS, PROPANE, OR ANY OTHER PRESSURIZED FUEL PERMITTED. ANY TANKS, LINES, OR ETC. MUST BE REMOVED FROM TRUCK BEFORE COMPETING.

8000LB. "PRO STREET" DIESEL 4X4 CLASS

1. THIS CLASS IS DESIGNED FOR HIGH PERFORMANCE 2 AND 4 WHEEL DRIVE TRUCKS. OPEN DRIVE LINE IS PERMITTED. FIBERGLASS BODIES AND TUBE CHASSIS FRAMES ARE PROHIBITED

2. ENGINES MUST BE OEM AND AVAILABLE IN 1 TON OR LESS PICKUPS. NO AFTERMARKET HEADS OR BLOCKS PERMITTED.

3. SINGLE CHARGERS ARE UNLIMITED.

4. LIMITED TWIN CHARGER SET UPS ARE PERMITTED. THE INDUCER BORE ON THE ATMOSPHERE CHARGER IS LIMITED TO 3.2". A 3.25" PLUG WILL BE USED TO "TECH" THESE TRUCKS. BUSHINGS ARE PERMITTED. 

5. NO NITROUS, OR PROPANE. ALL TANKS AND LINES MUST BE REMOVED FROM TRUCKS BEFORE COMPETING.

6. FRONT WEIGHTS AND BRACKETS MAY NOT EXCEED MORE THAN 60" FROM CENTER OF FRONT AXLE.

7. SOLID REAR SUSP. BLOCKS AND TRACTION BARS ARE PERMITTED.

8. PULLING TYPE HITCHES ARE PERMITTED, HOOK POINT ATLEAST 36" BEHIND THE CENTER OF REAR AXLE. MAXIMUM 26" HIGH ON 4 WHEEL DRIVE TRUCKS AND 30" ON 2 WHEEL DRIVE TRUCKS.

9. ANY D.O.T. APPROVED TIRE PERMITTED. NO CUTTING OR SHARPENING OF TIRES PERMITTED.

6500LB "CHEATER STOCK” GAS 4X4

ENGINES & DRIVETRAIN
1. BLOCKS AND HEADS MUST BE CAST IRON.
2. ALUMINUM INTAKES, SINGLE FOUR-BARREL CARBURETORS AND EFI PERMITTED.
3. 4500 SERIES DOMINATORS, TURBOS AND SUPERCHARGERS ARE NOT PERMITTED.
4. HEADERS PERMITTED WITH MUFFLERS AND MUST EXIT BEHIND CAB.
5. ENGINE MUST BE SAME MAKE AS TRUCK AND THE BACKSIDE OF BLOCK MUST BE AT LEAST 15" BEHIND THE CENTER OF FRONT AXLE.
6. TRANSMISSION AND TRANSFERCASE MUST BE OEM, 1 TON OR LESS.
7. HEAVY DUTY AFTERMARKET DRIVETRAIN PARTS CAN BE USED IN O.E.M. HOUSINGS.
CHASSIS

2. THIS MEASUREMENT IS USED TO COMPENSATE FOR ALLOWING LONGER WHEELBASE TRUCKS TO COMPETE.
HITCH
1. HITCH POINT MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 36” FROM THE CENTER OF THE REAR AXLE AND A MAXIMUM OF 24” HIGH.
2. HITCH CAN BE ADJUSTABLE, BUT IT MUST BE STATIONARY IN ALL DIRECTIONS WHEN PULLING.

TRUCK

2. A 585CU. IN. LIMIT WILL BE ENFORCED.
3. DOMINATOR CARBS. PERMITTED. NO TURBOS, SUPERCHARGERS, INJECTION, EFI, SPLIT OR DUAL CARBS.
4. OPEN HEADERS PERMITTED MUST EXIT DOWN AND BACK.
5. ENGINE MUST BE SAME MAKE AS TRUCK AND THE BACK SIDE OF THE BLOCK MUST BE AT LEAST 15" BEHIND THE CENTER OF FRONT AXLE.
6. TRANSMISSION, TRANSFERCASE FRONT, AND REAR END MUST BE OEM, 1 TON OR LESS.
7. HEAVY DUTY AFTERMARKET DRIVETRAIN PARTS CAN BE USED IN OEM HOUSINGS.

GENERAL RULES

  1. Judges will have final say in any matters that need addressed.
  2. Purse for classes: $300 = 100*80*60*40*20
  3. Speed limits are set for each class.The sled will sound a horn if the tractor exceeds the set speed limit. Once the sled reaches 150 feet if the horn sounds the driver is disqualified.
  4. Tractors are not to exceed 115% of manufacturer engine RPM data.Tractors are subject to a random check.
  5. All tractors must weigh-in before each pull or will be disqualified.
  6. No cut or ground tires, no duals or steel driving wheels, rubber bolted to flat steel accepted.No steel crawler tractors.
  7. No weights to exceed 24 inches from front most point of tractor, no booms or extensions
  8. Exhaust shall be a minimum of 12 inches above the hood or to the rear of the tractor.
  9. Tractors are to have hood and grill (stock appearing) in place.
  10. Drawbars 20 inches high maximum.18 inch minimum distance from center of rear axle, pull point shall be clevis or horizontal plate with a 4 inch hole or larger.No lifting of hitches under pull.
  11. After drawbars have been measured, drawbar can not be altered and air pressure in tires can not be altered. Drawbars are subject to re-measuring after the pull at the discretion of the track official.
  12. Contestants must be 18 years old or have parents’ written consent.
  13. A tractor may be entered multiple times per class with different drivers; but only one driver will be awarded.
  14. Drivers will draw for position at time of entry.
  15. When staging for your class, if you are not to your tractor after the second call you will be disqualified and not permitted to pull.
  16. No alcoholic beverages allowed on the grounds.
  17. There will be NO smoking in the Grandstand, Arena, or Staging areas.
  18. Contestants will conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner or risk being disqualified.
  19. Tractor and sled must remain inbounds or be disqualified.
  20. No intentional jerking or hole digging allowed
  21. Any exposed turbochargers will be shielded by 1/16 inch or thicker metal.
  22. Any loss of weights during a pull, the puller will be disqualified.
  23. The first puller has the option to come back and pull again immediately or drop to the sixth or last spot if not satisfied with pull, puller must decide before unhooked from sled.If mechanical problems, a puller may drop to last position.
  24. Each puller will have 2 attempts to move the sled 75 feet. Second attempt will be measured and official.
  25. Any safety items, such as fire extinguishers or safety blankets, fire jacket and helmet are accepted. and highly recommended.  
  26. Tractor is to run on one fuel only, gasoline, LP, or diesel fuel only – no mixing of fuels.
  27. No turbochargers on gasoline or LP tractors.
  28. Diesel tractors must have standard injection pump for make and model of tractor.
  29. NO one admitted free at the gate.
  30. Puller must drive on track, hook to sled and drive off track by themselves.
  31. Tractors must have stock engine or manufactured replacement.
  32. No weights are to interfere with the person hooking the tractor to the sled; they must have a clear, unobstructed view of hitch.
  33. For the 13,000# & 11,000# classes - any tire size up to 30.5-32.
  34. For the 9,000#, 7,500# & 6,500# classes – maximum tire size 18.4-38.
  35. For the 5,500# - maximum tire size 15.5-38.
  36. A $20 entry fee will be required for one tractor with one driver per class.Each additional class entered requires an additional $20 fee.
  37. The Ohio Pullers Club Altered Farm Stock classes will follow all Ohio Pullers Club Rules.
  38. Erie County Fairgrounds will not be held responsible for accidents or damage to tractors, drivers or spectators.
